We can do a lot for people that want to live without worry, and we do what we do through the use of technology. As stated on our homepage we admit that technology can be a bit intimidating for our clients but we specialize in making it simple.
Everyone’s needs are different and we have packaged our services accordingly. We have broken down our offerings into three basic packages as listed below.
Standard Service
- This is our standard medical alert service and is what most people think of when they think of medical alert systems. This package includes our base unit that dials out to our 24/7 monitoring center and a pendant that is worn around the neck or on the wrist that sends an emergency signal to the base unit when pressed.

- $34.95 per month plus a $49.95 activation fee.
- We do not require contracts
- No shipping costs for those outside of the greater Albuquerque area.
Standard Plus
- This service package includes everything that our standard medical alert service comes with but we have added a "tuck in" wellness check and a "wake up" wellness check each day. Wellness checks are programmed alerts that announce to our customer to "check in" with the unit by pushing a button, if that button is not pressed within a certain amount of time the base unit dials our monitoring center for a trained operator to "check in" with our customer.

- $44.95 per month plus $49.95 activation fee.
- We do not require contracts.

Extended Supervision
- This is our service package that provides the most supervision for our clients. This service also includes everything that our standard medical alert service comes with but we have added up to four daily wellness checks and or medication compliance reminders per day.

- $54.95 per month plus $50.00 activation fee.

Signal Alert Products
The equipment that we use is extremely user friendly and reliable. Interacting with our equipment is as simple as pushing the button on your garage door opener. We have outlined all of our equipment below.
Standard Equipment
Base Station Unit
Our base unit is "command central" for all of our services. This piece of equipment receives signals from our peripherals (see below) and dials our monitoring station. It has to be plugged into standard household ac power and a standard telephone line.
- It contains a 48 hour back up battery so it will continue to work in a power outage, assuming that the phone line remains active.
- It also utilizes a sensitive microphone and a loud speaker to accommodate two-way voice interactions with our monitoring center.
- This is the piece of equipment that we can program to alert customers with wellness checks and medication reminders
- These announcements can even be recorded by a family member for an added sense of personality
- There are three speed dial buttons that we can program for any private number (son, daughter, pharmacy, doctor’s office, etc...) for an immediate speakerphone experience.
Medical Alert Pendant
The medical alert pendant transmits an emergency signal to the base unit when pressed, which activates the base unit to dial the monitoring station for help.
- Our pendant is modular and can be worn on your wrist or around your neck.
- You can bath while wearing our medical alert pendant, it is completely waterproof.
Fall Detector
Our fall detector senses when the person wearing this device has gone horizontal and calls for help. It can be worn around the neck, like the pendant, or on the hip like a pager. For more detail on how this works please see our "How it works" page.
- This device can also be taken into the shower, it is completely waterproof.
Wireless Motion Detector
If you or your loved one does not want to wear a pendant or a fall detector we can use our wireless motion detectors to make sure there is movement in certain areas of the home. If this motion detector doesn’t sense movement during a certain time of the day, as specified by our customers, the base unit will call for help. - This device is awesome! It’s a passive way to sense that normal activity is occurring inside the home.
- The self installation of these devices is as easy as a clean wall and double sided tape.
Additional Medical Alert Pendant
This is the same pendant as describes in the standard equipment category but having an extra, or two, allows for multiple people to use base one unit.
- Our pendant is modular and can be worn on your wrist or around your neck.
- You can bath while wearing our medical alert pendant, it is completely waterproof.
We charge an additional $9.95 per month for each of our peripheral upgrades plus a $34.95 activation fee. Our prices are nominal when comparing other elder care options available today. Think of it that we are providing peace of mind at the price of a cup of coffee every day.
